Default Came across a Blaser 93 Rifle

Saw one of these today. looks savage. quite light also anyone here used one?? what did you think? it was in a 308 cal.

They were very popular a few years ago in Midlands. Fired one once and it was a nice rifle to fire.

I used one in 6mm BR, it belonged to a deer hunting buddy of mines, pure tackdriver it was..

Depends on what you want it for.
Very accurate guns, 308 is 1/11 twist as far as I know.
Great gun for casual mid range shooting but not really suited for F-class if that was a future thought. (you were talking about joining the midlands)
The manual specifically refers to the prohibited use of reloaded ammunition in this type of chamber.
You would also be at a disadvantage with the barrel length.
